it's ZVW-123-251 still avilable from the dealers, Camelback sells it for about $15 each.

now, for you junkyard afficionados, :) the back of the fog light packaging says the same switch fits ... Vanagon from 8/79 -> Rabbit Sedan from 8/74 -> 7/80 Rabbit Convertible from 8/79 -> 7/80 Scirocco from 8/74 -> 7/81 Rabbit Pickup from 10/79-> 7/80 Super Beetle (?!) from 8/72 -> 7/79 Type 1 (!?) from 8/72 -> 7/79 Dasher (from VIN 329-2128-878) from 8/77 -> 2/79

now, can someone tell me where the heck such a switch would fit in a Beetle or Super Beetle?? i don't recall any holes/blanks/places for switches in those cars!!
