Bob - I have one of those Eurovans. Mine came white with black trim around the windows, and I have painted the bumpers a flat black - looks better.

The van you saw is a Multivan (MV) with a weekender package that included

fold-down seats, rear-facing middle seats, a fold-down table, 12v cooler/warmer under one of the middle seats, and a Westfalia pop-top. 1993 was the only sale year here in the states, as far as I know.
