Subject:      westy middle swivel seat w/ storage compartment

I just got my new "The Transporter"  Sept Oct '97 issue..
in the readers mail section, theres a photocopy of an '85 westy window
sticker..
apparently the owners opted for the middle swivle seat w/ the box
underneath..
it lists NEW for $250 from VW in '85.....

why, then do people pay the same price for used ones nearly 13 years later??
