Alain Thibault wrote asking if non-OE wheel covers would fit.

I purchase an attractive (remember what is in the eye of the beholder) set of plastic covers at my FLAPS for $ 35. Their promotional material indicates that they will fit almost any 14" wheel.

This was occasioned by the initiation of my teenage driver to the annual Rites of Spring Chuckhole Derby. He won an honorable mention by losing one OE wheel cover, and getting 3 flat tires from chuckholes within one week (including hitting the same chuckhole twice, which qualified him for the "Pay-For-It-Yourself Insignia".)

For those of you in Southern climes, or residents of localities w/road repair budgets, please disregard the prior paragraph.
