Subject:      syncro diesel fuel tank

After being pointed toward the archives, I found confirmation that the diesel syncros sold in Germany did have a different fuel tank to accomedate the starter. I also read the EPA did not allow this to be imported to the states and thus the purchaser (the guy who was selling the Corrado powered vanagon) had to ship it via Canada... Didn't find a part number...
