That was on my guess, a tank on one side left or right. FUSION builds plastic water tanks 45 or 60 Liter, both fits the space underneath the sliding door right or underneath the kitchen left. But they are not supposed to carry fuel. The filler arrangement is very interesting, I haven't heard about this before.

Please check, if your tank is made of plastic. Does it have a big red cap underneath?
