What state ? It makes a BIg difference ! Some states are very lenient with regard to exhaust emissions, while others are very strict. If you are planning on bringing it into California (for instance), it could cost you upwards of $1000 (US) to rebuild the exhaust system (assumming that if you don't have the cat conv you probably don't have an original functional FEDERAL/CAN cross-over pipe). These parts are hard to come by.
