Subject: Fed Ex using VW's for delivery:)

Listees,

I had a good time at the SEMA show in Vegas, alot of Garb that doesn't matter to you and or I.

I did get a COOL VW pin from a guy that makes pins. He had ONE pin in a display and I conned him out of it.

I spent alot of time booth to booth looking for things that would be good for me and the shop (Volks Cafe). Found little of VW value, but had an interesting time.

As I got to the Fed Ex booth I got roped into a survey. Included in this survey was a 4 minute or so Video.

The video was about Fed Ex wanting to let you know how far they would go to ensure that the customer was happy etc.

During the video they showed different types of Vans that they used for delivery of their packages.

I'm sitting there and this van is being loaded with packages, as the driver reaches up and closes the "Hatch"! Much to my surprise therte's a "Late-Model" VW emblem on the hatch!

The van appeared to be the water-colled vans still availible in Mexico. It was neat seeing the Emblem as he closed the door.

I then was given a "Verbal Survey" and the fed ex employee got to a question pertaining to what did I learn that I didn't already know about Fed Ex prior to the Video? I answered, "That Fed Ex uses VW's to deliver packages in other countries".

I just thought I'd pass on the Vw part of the Fed Ex booth to you Guys and Gals.
