IMO, you get what you pay for. Their prices are higher but their customer
service is superb. They've always been willing to spend time answering my
questions no matter how basic or off-the-wall. On at least one occasion,
they talked me out of spending a couple of hundred dollars with them
because there was a cheaper alternative that I could do myself for just a
few bucks, which they explained to me in some detail. Most places would
just have shut up and cheerfully taken the money.

Again, that's only my experience, YMMV.
