Could be one of the throttle switches (the one that senses when your foot is off the gas and the throttle is closed). Don't know off the top of my head how to test this, but I know the Bentley manual will tell you. My van exhibits these symptoms sometimes when the switch doesn't close properly. I can usually just tap the gas pedal a couple of times and the idle hunting will stop.
