Hey man, did you steal my van? :) My 86GL has had the very same vibration, at the same speed range, and under acceleration only for about 20K miles. Actually though I know why mine does it. A slightly bent wheel is the culprit. Its worse if the damaged wheel is on the front. If you move it to the back the effect is reduced significantly. Maybe you road over a speed bump a bit too hard on your trip? Just a thought... if it happened to me....

Also, if anyone would be interested, I have 4 original 14" steel wheels taking up space in my attic. They haven't seen the road in 85K miles. The mounted tires are probably not good. What are these worth?
