The Eurovan Camper is a wonderful vehicle, however, in its journey from Hanover Germany to Seattle Washington, it picked up a case of Baggie Belly Syndrome in Forest Hills, Iowa.

Luckily lil'Bago is now recovering nicely and she's feeling rather peppy.

You see, I just got Lil'bago back from the auto shop. While their, I added 2" longer springs in back and had the front torsion bars adjusted to level the vehicle. So far so good. Lil'Bago does have a bit more body sway, but I've seen (and felt) worse on other vehicles. The ride is still very good. The shop suggested adapting the sway bars from a larger BMW or Mercades to help out, but right now I don't consider that critical.

For those interested. The springs were made by Gitt Springs in Auburn, WA for $200. Speedware of Redmond, WA installed the springs, adjusted the torsion bars, and aligned the front end for $400. I had expected to replace all struts, but the ones on the van had enough play with the longer springs.

The final result was a tad over two additional inches of clearance on the

propane tank.
