Cary, I have a set of Michelin LTX 195/75xR14 M/S tires on my syncro. I like the way they perform on dry pavement - good grip and not too noisy. These are Light Truck tires with stiffer sidewalls than are found on passenger car tires. They are load range C and are rated 1435lbs. @ 50 lbs/sq.in. I haven't had the chance to try them in mud or snow as yet, but I've had good luck with Michelin M/S tires on other vehicles. You might want to check out Yokohama light truck tires of the same size. I understand they are load range D and rated 1750lbs.@ 65lbs/sq.in. Don't know if they are M/S or not. Not sure these are available here in the States - they may be a Canada only item
