Hey now,
     ya'll had'nt otta talk like that. We may be a bit slow down here but
not enough to qualify for a different time zone.  I know that Mr Bill is a
good reason to think Arkansas is in an altered state, but I assure you most
of the people are in no way like slick willey.  So ya'll come on down, hear!
