FOR SALE:

'89 CARAT: grey/silver, auto, alloys, a/c, cruise, p/l, p/m, wired for p/w
but has crank, pop-up table, 2 jump seats, 115k

partially rebuilt engine:
   new bearings
   new rings
   complete engine seal kit
   valve job

other recent work: new 02 sensor, dist. cap, dist rotor, ignition wires,
tailpipe spout, valve cover & gasket, outer tie rod end, horn, emergency
brake band, some hoses...

passed PA emissions and inspection on 8/15/97

needs some body work:
  sliding door - works fine but has significant dent towards rear
  front area around passenger side headlight
  crack in front bumper
  has some rust spots on back hatch and front

I purchased this van in the beginning of august for $6700. Since then I have
put about $1000 into it. I was about to have some of the body work fixed when
I found a '91 red wle in great condition. I am asking $6700 and will listen
