Let me start by apologizing to those on the list who have been down this path before. I have searched the archives and this question is still unanswered to me.

I have a leaky oil cooler in my '82 westy aircooled 2000cc engine. The problem is so bad that it could be concidered undrivable by those more in harmony with TAO than myself. I've heard that this part can be removed and serviced without removing the engine. Being much more familiar to older upright motors, my 1st instinct is to start pulling the motor. However the location leads me to belive that it should be possible to reach.

For those who know: What should I expect to have to remove to access the cooler, and what should I be more carefull of when doing so?

Any thoughts or help is welcome!
