We've got the cold weather here, but I've had it last week on my 89 syncro (54kmls). The reservoir had 2 hair-leeks. 30$ for the reservoir including cap, 2$ for the sensors o-ring, 12$ for 2 bottles of vw-g11-liquid, one hour of work, one wet shoe. It's as always: pay and be happy, it could have been worse. I payed and was happy and it became worse - green drops at the bottom of the right hand side cylinder head. But it was only the sealing between head and one of the water-tubes that lives beside the exhaust manifold. Poooh. 2$ for the sealing and 2 hours of work for me,not enough hinges in my armes. Was Heinrich Nordhoff right? Air won't freeze, air's not boiling... But air is not heating the car...

Nice to see the list back alive!
