Subject: Syncro Acceleration Vibration problem
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

Over the past few months I have noticed a vibration under heavy(ish) acceration or load in my Syncro Double Cab. The noise seems to be coming from somewhere below me when I am going up a steep hill where I have to gear down in to third to maintain any sort of speed. If I ease off of the accerator the noise goes away. This same vibration also occurs when I accerate quickly from a stop in all gears. It is always the same RPM range that it occurs. I assume somewhere between 2000 and 3500 (no tach I can't tell exactly).

I put castrol 70w90 synthetic gear oil in both the front and rear boxes this helped shifting but there is still the same vibration (still a little occasional grinding in 1st to 2nd). Other things that I checked were tire pressure and ballance and loose trim pieces.... still no luck :(

Any idea what the problem is?

Thanks in advance!
