The transmission is overfilled, or the filter is clogged, or there is an internal leak, or the fluid is contaminated. Check the filter and replace the fluid first. Make sure the final drive is still filled. Gear oil from the differential getting into the ATF will make it foam due to the high viscosity. Also, make sure the breathers are not plugged.
