In creaper gear my CV (forward) does not work > eather. Well the next question would be has anyone got there front > wheels to spin in creeper gear? > Eric > Eric, I just went out to a steep (dirt) hill and confirmed that my VC is indeed dead! I tried jacking up the front wheel and spinning it and it turned with resistance, which according to Malcolm Holser means the VC is good...not in this case. And, yes, I have used "granny" many times and the front wheels have power. I have also felt the front wheels engage when taking on-ramps at speed. So I know that the system work very well when it works. Now to get the VC replaced and get back on the road! I will keep the list posted as to my progress.
