Thanks to all who offered advice on my CV joint replacement. It was a miserable job, but now the driver's side has new joints and boots. (The boots were ripped on that side.) I haven't done the other side yet, although I have the parts. The boots aren't ripped on that side, so I think I can put it off a week or three, and I'm still recovering from the first side. I keep telling myself: "You saved money... You saved money... You saved money..."
