Heres more info as requested on upper bunk shelf; The shelf is made of standard 16" wide closet wire shelf rack. Its "L" shaped with a 2" back lip like this |______ I used cable to attach the shelf to the pop-top but you could use any strong thin rope/twine. Attach the cable to the top inside of the pop-top side where there is a thick lip. You'll see what I mean when you look at it. Drill pilot holes and use sheet metal screws and washers. It can be made removable by just making loops on the cable/twine etc to hang onto the screws. It kinda looks like this; : = wire cable o = screw point side view of front view of wire shelf wire shelf o o o : : : o : : : : : : : : : : : | : : : |____________: :______________________________________: ^ ^ | | about 16" about 16" ---------------------- ------------------------------------------ side of upper bunk | | front of upper bunk | ---------------------- ------------------------------------------
