Subject: Synchro VC torque test
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

I tested my VC's resistance to turning movment today. Jacked up one front wheel, put torque wrench one lug nut, pointing directly at the axis of rotation and turned--wheel would _START_ to rotate at 25 lbs torque. Would be interested in hearing other lister's experience. Will be replacing a different VC with a rebuilt one in another syncro I own. Will post results of that test in a couple of weeks. HTH Joel
