One thing I used to overlook was the backing plate. Make sure that the surface where the brake pads slide on are smooth. If not, you can grind them smooth and USE ANTI-SEIZE to lubricate the surface. If you cannot get them smooth they should be replaced.

Also check the wheel cylinders by using a power bleeder, fluid should flow freely at ~20 psi.

Also are the adjusters lubricated with ANTI-SEIZE?

Other obvious parts sould be replaced if worn or old (springs, wheel cylinders etc.)
