Are you running an A/C?  If so, it could be the drain plugs clogged
causing condensation to run through the wall panel and eventually get to
the floor in front of the seat (don't know why, but when mine were
clogged that's where it ended up).  Another cause could be your window
seals.  Is it wet after a rain?
