Subject:      Redline oil admendum

As I was further going through the archives checking on anything about oils
and possible weight problems - I noticed that some people who had had weight
problems were able to get the buzzer to shut off. In my case, once the buzzer
goes on, it doesn't shut off til you turn the ignition off. This kind of
goes against those people's expereinces with too low a visocity oil as they
could get the buzzer to shut off my revving the engine usually or letting it
drop down to an idle...

        I left my Bentley at the shop so I cannot look for some IC in the line
that might start ignoring the low pressure sensor once the rpms drop below the
2000 mark. I realize this is all kind of sketchy info and that I can do a
bit more testing myself (to see if the sensor ever closes or opens - need to
check which again), but the van is about 40 miles away in a friend's warehouse
space and I would like to give them back their living room today if possible...
