Well I just installed a set of B.F.G's on my 1986 Syncro. It's my xmas gift to my Syncro! Isn't plastic great. GOt them at NTB, (national tire and battery, formerly Tire America), they matched the price a magazine add that the tire rack had. $80.36 + tax.

Tire report- quiet, very quiet at all speeds except 10 mph, so who cares. Snow traction, (we got 4", the night I put them on) I would say average to good for an all terrain. Road handling is my only complaint. Ride is real smooth and good confort, but don't try any high speed stunts. Over 60 mph they are all over the road. Of coarse I have to give them a chance to were in a bit. Any Synco owner who don't do any 70mph runs should consider these highly!. I mounted them on the stock 5 1/2" wide rims. A wider rim maybe the key, to better high speed handling. After considering a 15" rim change , this tire mades me recomend against it.
