I was thinking of taking some hard rubber blocks (the kind of rubber they make
motor mounts and those wheel chocks out of) and cutting them down into little
wedge shaped blocks that would fit inside the fender lips, and i would also
cut them to be flush w/ the body of the van.
I would glue these rubber blocks at strategic locations on the inside of the
fender lip, where the most pressure would be needed to hold the lips to the
vans body.
Then I would glue the lips (by way of the rubber blocks) to the van....
Viola', no drillin' holes...
any comments??
