Rick, You are correct in that the Vixen is an interesting vehicle. When I was trying to replace my last Westy I researched the Vixen. The major problem with the RV is that so few were made that they still cost a great deal of money. One Rv dealer told me that the owners are a close knit group that communicate with each other about experiences and repairs. In that reguard they sound like VW people. Maybe we could anex them into our group? The dealer also said that about 92% of the Vixens are accounted for as on the road or avaliable for parts. The Vixen does look like a large VW. A large expensive VW. I used my Westy money to buy a 21' Toyota Micromini home. I will tell you more if you are interested. I call it a Toyfalia or a Toyota financed by VW.
