i'd advise changing muffler bearings every 3000 miles or so, to ensure smooth operation of the muffler. as far as northern or southern air, it is recommended if you plan to take a trip south over the holiday season, southern air in the tires would be advised, as it improves gas mileage and cuts down on driving time, because of the "climatic draw" phenomenon. It is vise versa if you live in the south and plan to take a trip north...

if anyone's interested, I'm selling bags of northern air, (fresh from Pa) $10 each.
