i am happy to announce a partially new member of this vanagon community. on December 16 at 3:15pm eastern standard time, my van was brought back to life. i can now proudly say, that i am the father of possibly the only GM Performance Parts 3.4 liter Chevy driven Vanagon, this side of the moon.(who knows what wonder may lurk on the dark side)

but anyway, it runs like a charm, drinks gas like i drink pina colada(very quickly), and could probably use a more powerful battery. does anyone know where i can procure one of the famed optimus 800 amp batteries? also, what kind of shocks should i get? i was thinking rancho rs9000 for the rear, and bilstein's for the front, but i don't know what size to get for the rs9000's. i think the size was f350 size but i don't remember. oh, yeah, the exhaust system turned on ALL the car alarms at the high school i go to (pretty cool, huh...).

oh, well, off to do homework,
