When i had my syncro I also tried to turn a single front wheel (with the other 3
on the ground).

It was possible to turn the wheel by hand but there was great resistance. A
person of normal strength should be able to turn a wheel just like I did. Sorry,
but I did not put a torque wrench on the wheel.

Can any one with a working syncro put an arm type torque wrench (no clickers) on
a front wheel with the others on the ground and get a reading. This would be a
great way to tell the condition of the VC !!
