looking for help troubleshooting trans. problem. doesnt shift out of first when first started,once driven and shifting occurs (after about a mile) it appears to function properly. there is also what appears to be an internal clunk when trans. is first engaged. i have changed the fluid and filter and problem has remained. any ideas? is this something that can be repaired easily? thanks in advance for any help. Boz
