The TOP 10 things that happen when List Member, Vanagon owners meet!!!

10- The secret List handshake.  (What do you mean you didn't know about that?)
9  - Look under each others van for green puddles and rust.
8  - Squirt some antifreeze, from a concealed bottle, on the ground under the
motor of the other guys van and say, "What's that?"
7  - Turn green with envy lusting after the other guys ride.
6  - Exchange copies of maintence history records for hours of entertaining
reading.
5  - Exchange keys and take turns driving the other guy's van around the
block.
4  - Tell each other your life's story up to and including today. (This
happens every time I meet another VW person much less a Vanagon owner!)
3  - Give each other that "I understand your pain" look and hug. (Eww!)
2  - Try to team up and discover exactly what the symbols on the
heater/cooling control panel actually mean.
1  - Tell the other guy how you bought your 5 cylinder Audi powered, GL,
Wolfsburg Edition, Carat, Westfalia camper van with rear facing seats, for $50
from Nelson Mendela, who had it shipped over here from South Africa when he
visited the states and decided not to take it back when he left.
