Follow the manual to the letter and it will go very smoothly. Make sure you check that pesky pilot bearing that is in the end of the crank shaft. I got my van cheap cause the bearing had evaporated and the PO put in a new clutch. He must've only driven it a day and the clutch pad sheared off of the disk! I guess he thought the whole tranny was wonkers so got I it cheap and replaced the clutch and all was well. If it is dry lube it with a thin flim of CV grease. Ken Wilford John 3:16 |
