I think it's the second small through-bolt from the back; a multi-pronged male spade "washer" goes on the first through-bolt. (I think - the wife has the van right now!) I don't know about the Bentley, but both the Haynes and Clymer manuals have pretty good diagrams of the tin, so it's mainly a job of assembly, though you might have to trial fit some pieces to see EXACTLY how they go together.
