Hello,


The TDI conversion seems to have sparked a great deal of interest. 40+
people are now on the direct mailing list and tangible results will
hopefully be posted on a website soon. 


I am investigating North American Sources for the TDI 4 and 5cyl engines. In
Canada they seem to be available only in Jettas (4cyl), in the Passats soon
and in the new Beetle!


The demand for the TDIs seems to be so great in Europe that North America is
left out of the mainstream. I would appreciate information about any North
American Sources (new and used engines). Yes I got Impex in Maryland at
http://www.zstarr.com/impex/specials.htm 
any others?
