Message text written by Gary Taxter >Hello, I have an 86 syncro that I am trying to get certified for the road. The biggest problem is a leaking gas tank. The dealer price is of course

only $500 less than what I paid for the whole vehicle. Are they really hard to remove and is it worth repairing it? Does anyone know of a reasonably priced used/replacement one? Any suggestions. I live in Ontario Canada. <

I have a Syncro gas tank for sale for $350 US dollars. Installing it however is a major project as the transmission has to be taken out to make room. Let me know if you want the tank. It is located in Los Angeles.
