Subject: how much should I sell my 2.1L engine for?

I have a 2.1L wasserboxer engine sitting on my garage floor, complete with exhaust, cat and injection system. This is the engine that I removed from my Double Cab to make way for a VW inline 4. The water leak was caused by faulty waterpump hose so it looks like I didn't need to swap the engine after all! Oh well the KEP kit is ordered so it is too late now. The only problem with the engine is the passanger side cam cover has a leaky gasket, but is it a simple 15 minute fix... Compression was even on all four cylinders and is in the upper end of the spec range as of August when I had it checked by Westminster VW. There is 150,000 km on the clock. The rear exhaust pipe is 6 months old and the rest of the exhaust and cat is in excellent shape. How much should I ask for the engine?

Thanks
