At one end of the strap there is a D ring, and the other side is fixed to the bolted seatbelts fixation. This D ring is in the center of the seat, so it can accomodate two seat if you want. The real problem is with the bosster seat for children of 4 years old, these seat are high and the back seat of a Westy is low, so there is a risk for the neck, if you use a seat with headrest, there is no shoulder belt...
