As I was checking out my new (used) engine and trying to discover what it is that I bought three weeks ago, I discovered a loose wire. I think that it is the same as the wire pictured in section 13.34. If you look toward the front of the engine (in the picture), you will see what looks like a wire that is coiled up. I think that is the same as the wire that I have that is disconnected. Could someone tell me what that wire is all about? The end of the wire has three prongs on it. It leads down close to where the transmission begins. Also, I just thought I would mention that I am selling a 63 splitty flat-bed. Yes I am trying to make money off of it. And yes I don't know much about these thigs. However, with allthe chrome and a working engine and entire panels without rust, I was told that I would be making out if I paid 4000. I am selling for 3300. Any interest? Brad |
