I never noticed before but there is a license plate light difference between my 86 Westy and the 91 crew cab. The lights look the same, with the two black shield coming down from the body, but the Westy shields are made of plastic where the Crew cabs is made of rubber. I don't know if they went to rubber on all of the later year Vanagons. Anybody? -- Todd Francis Ridgefield, Washington USA '86 Westy Syncro '91 Tristar |
