Helmut, Yes, the T4 is assembled here in Taiwan! We have three engine variants: 2.0 liter gasoline stick shift, a 2.5 liter gasoline automatic, and a 2.4 diesel stick shift (which is what I have). All these three engines can be had on a long wheelbase Transporter. And only the gasoline engines are available for the Caravelle. I'm not sure though whether the diesel is a TDI.
