I certainly agree with this. VW has a racket going. It's called maximizing the margin. BTW, I cut my teeth on early rabbits and sciroccos. These cars are the definition of cheap, reliable, practical transportation. I sometimes find it hard to believe that VW made these cars AND the vanagon. The two seem so different. The body lines and vast cargo space of the vanagon has attracted me, but the mechanicals scare me sometimes. I guess you take the good with the bad..... Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't trade my vanagon for anything. |
