Hoses, in my experience, always leak > Doug, I've just gone through a very similar experience having had the heads redone last spring. Mine started leaking from the left rear only after getting hot. Turned out to be the expansion tank had cracked along the seam but was also leaking from the level sensor. Replaced the tank but recently have had a tough time getting a new sensor to seal properly.
