I was wondering if there is any easy way to fix a water leak down the pivot of the vent window. I have water dripping down the pivot, it leaks down the inside of the door panel, and puddles up in the foot well. Water is sneaky. What has happened is the door panel backing, which is a cardboard material, has warped and gotten a little moldy. The only way that I can see to fix this is to replace the seal around this window. Just wondering if there is an easy way to fix this without a major seal replacement. Had to ask. If anyone has any ideas, I'm open to suggestions. Thanks, Doug '86 GL Westy Maryland |
