A local radio station is running a contest. Hear a Beatle song and be the
25th caller and you qualify
to win a new 1998 Beetle. Well, this weekend I was working with Dennis
Haynes and a Beatle song comes
on.Oh what the heck , give it a shot, I said. I called .. busy. Dialed
again... busy. Dialed again..
still busy. Tried one more time ... got through, but was caller #24. A few
minutes later I here a girl
on the phone saying how excited she was and her husband loves VWs. Needless
to say I didn't want to here
someone else gloating. Two minutes later I get a call at Dennis' shop. It
was my wife..SHE was the 25th caller.

Now, she'll win the ne Beetle. Maybe she'll let me drive it once.

Anyway, not sure when the drawing is, but I will keep everyone informed.
