PepBoys has 'one-size-over' 14 X 1.5 replacement drain plugs; they remove little enough of the metal so that one can still do a Heli Coil repair later if it becomes necessary... they also sell a *proper* washer-GM style-that is metal with a synthetic rubber seal around the ID.

And p.s. - don't over torque 'em...the pan threads should easily last the 40 oil changes you'll do in 200K miles!!!
