This is my Double Cab! What you are looking at is a customized setup. One of the previous owners did all of this work. I wish it wasn't like this but it isn't THAT bad. Here is a list of mods done by the PO:

- Lower and extend the nose of the truck - Ford Areostar Front Bumper - Larger Side Windows - Natural Gas Coversion (Tanks in the underbed storage compartment) - Highback seats - Full carpet interior - Fridge between front seats

Hey they truck does work great and with these extensive modifications I do not feel bad about installing a VW Golf engine in there!
