With 30k on it don't worry, go for it!

They are. But since you said Vanagons have great brakes... mine doesn't. OK, but not great. I'm begining to think I should change my pads. I've got over 140k on the orriginal pads and there is plenty left. Maybe they are too hard to give top braking power? What do you think?
